Troubleshooting: Sound issues

There is no audio or audio is too low

  • Check that the correct input source is selected.

  • Check the volume on the speaker and the playback device.

The audio is distorted

  • Turn down the volume on the playback device.

Spotify does not start

  • Install the latest version of the Spotify app on your audio device.

  • Open the Marshall app and check that Spotify is assigned to the M-button.

My speaker is not using LDAC/Hi-res audio wireless playback

  • Make sure that your playback device supports LDAC and Hi-res audio wireless.
