Troubleshooting: Sound issues
There is no audio or audio is too low
Check that the correct input source is selected.
Check the volume on the speaker and the playback device.
The audio is distorted
Turn down the volume on the playback device.
Spotify does not start
Install the latest version of the Spotify app on your audio device.
Open the Marshall app and check that Spotify is assigned to the M-button.
My speaker is not using LDAC/Hi-res audio wireless playback
Make sure that your playback device supports LDAC and Hi-res audio wireless.
