Troubleshooting: Connection issues

Cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device

  • Activate Bluetooth on your playback device.

  • Make sure the speaker is on before setting it to pairing mode.

Bluetooth connection drops out

  • Move the devices closer to each other so they are not affected by obstacles such as walls or doors.

  • Move the speaker or turn off or move the electronic device causing the interference.

Spotify does not start

  • Install the latest version of the Spotify app on your audio device.

  • Open the Marshall app and check that Spotify is assigned to the M-button.
