Troubleshooting: Connection issues
Cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device
Activate Bluetooth on your playback device.
Make sure the speaker is on before setting it to pairing mode.
Bluetooth connection drops out
Move the devices closer to each other so they are not affected by obstacles such as walls or doors.
Move the speaker or turn off or move the electronic device causing the interference.
Spotify does not start
Install the latest version of the Spotify app on your audio device.
Open the Marshall app and check that Spotify is assigned to the M-button.
