Troubleshooting: Connection issues

Cannot connect via USB-C digital audio

  • Make sure your cable supports USB-C audio. Select Stockwell III as the audio output from your audio device.

  • Make sure audio-in for the USB-C port is enabled via the Marshall Bluetooth app.

Cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device

  • Activate Bluetooth on your audio device.

  • Make sure that the speaker is turned on before setting it in pairing mode.

Bluetooth connection drops out

  • Move the devices closer to each other so that they are unobstructed by obstacles such as walls or doors.

  • Move the speaker away from any interfering electronic device. Some electronic devices use the same frequency range as Bluetooth and may cause interference.
