Close-up of a Stockwell III speaker control panel with dials for volume, bass, and treble, power and Bluetooth buttons, and playback controls, set in a black textured casing.

Resetting the speaker

A factory reset will reset the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

Note: This will delete all user settings, and the speaker will need to be set up again.

  1. Remove STOCKWELL III, and STOCKWELL III [LE] if present, from your audio device's Bluetooth list.

  2. Ensure that the speaker is on.

  3. Push and hold both the M-button and the Bluetooth button for 10 seconds. All indicators blink rapidly, and the speaker restarts.

The speaker has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be paired.
