Troubleshooting : M-button issues
Short answer
Check the M-button settings in the Marshall Bluetooth app. If the issue persists, restart or reset the headphones.
Cannot change ANC mode with the M-button
Open the Marshall Bluetooth app and check that ANC mode is assigned to the M-button.
Restart the headphones.
If the issue persists, try resetting the headphones.
Spotify does not start
Install the latest version of the Spotify app on your audio device.
Open the Marshall Bluetooth app check that Spotify is assigned to the M-button.
Restart the headphones
If the issue persists, try resetting the headphones.
RESETTING THE HEADPHONES
A factory reset will return the headphones to their original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Note: This will delete all user settings, and the headphones will need to be set up again.
Remove MILTON A.N.C., and MILTON A.N.C. [LE] if present, from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.
Make sure your headphones are turned on.
Push and hold both the M-button and the control jog for 5 seconds and release when the LED indicator turns purple.
The headphones have returned to their factory settings and are ready to be paired.
