Troubleshooting : Can't connect or pair

Short answer

Press and hold the control knob until the LED changes to a slow blue pulse, then select Milton A.N.C. from your Bluetooth list. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset.

Follow these steps to solve issues with pairing with a Bluetooth device:

  1. Activate Bluetooth on your audio device, and make sure it is not already connected to a different Bluetooth device.

  2. Turn the headphones off.

  3. Press and hold the control knob continuously, until the LED light changes to a slow blue pulse. This means that Bluetooth pairing mode is activated.

  4. Select Milton A.N.C. from your audio device's Bluetooth list.

  5. If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the headphones to their original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

RESETTING THE HEADPHONES

A factory reset will return the headphones to their original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

Note: This will delete all user settings, and the headphones will need to be set up again.

  1. Remove MILTON A.N.C., and MILTON A.N.C. [LE] if present, from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.

  2. Make sure your headphones are turned on.

  3. Push and hold both the M-button and the control jog for 5 seconds and release when the LED indicator turns purple.

  4. The headphones have returned to their factory settings and are ready to be paired.
