Troubleshooting: Cannot connect to internet
Short answer
Try moving your router closer to Heddon and make sure there are no obstacles such as walls or doors. Try resetting both Heddon and your router.

Reset router
Reset your Wi-Fi router according to its user manual. Heddon works with both 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz Wi‑Fi, but 5 GHz is recommended if available.
Move Heddon
Try moving Heddon closer to your router. Make sure that there are no obstacles such as walls or doors, or interfering electronics devices nearby.
Reset Heddon
A factory reset will reset Heddon to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Remove Heddon from the Marshall app and any paired device's Bluetooth list.
Ensure that the streaming hub is on.
Push and hold the Control button for 10 seconds. The LED blinks and the streaming hub restarts.
Heddon has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be set up
Use an Ethernet cable
Use an Ethernet cable and connect the LAN port on Heddon to your router or other internet access point. When using the LAN port, Wi-Fi is disabled and internet services are connected through Ethernet.
