Troubleshooting : Sound is too low
If your Acton Bluetooth speaker's sound output is too low, there are several troubleshooting options you can try:
Ensure that the audio cable is properly connected to the speaker.
Try increasing the volume slightly, either on your audio device or on the speaker. The default volume of the speaker is five, right in the middle.
