Cannot connect via USB-C digital audio
Make sure your cable supports USB-C audio. Select Stockwell III as the audio output from your audio device.
Make sure audio-in for the USB-C port is enabled via the Marshall Bluetooth app.
Cannot connect or pair with a Bluetooth device
Activate Bluetooth on your audio device.
Make sure that the speaker is turned on before setting it in pairing mode.
Bluetooth connection drops out
Move the devices closer to each other so that they are unobstructed by obstacles such as walls or doors.
Move the speaker away from any interfering electronic device. Some electronic devices use the same frequency range as Bluetooth and may cause interference.
