Troubleshooting: There is no TV sound
Short answer
Make sure that the TV is connected to the HDMI 1 (TV) port on the soundbar, and that the soundbar is connected to an eARC/ARC HDMI port on the TV.
HDMI ports
Make sure that you have connected the TV to HDMI 1 (TV) on the soundbar.
Check that you have connected the soundbar to an eARC/ARC HDMI port on the TV.
Read your TV’s user manual for information about HDMI support, settings, and labelling of ports.
Audio settings
Check the volume on the TV and the soundbar.
Check the audio settings in the Marshall app.
Factory reset
A factory reset will reset the soundbar to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Note: This will delete all settings, Playlists, Wi-Fi and Heston 120 will need to be set up again.
Remove Heston 120 from the app and Heston 120, and Heston 120 [LE] if present, from your sound device’s Bluetooth list.
Ensure that the soundbar is connected to mains power.
Push Source control for 10 seconds until all LEDs blink and the soundbar restarts.
Heston 120 has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be paired.
