Troubleshooting: Cannot connect to internet
Short answer
Check that your router is working properly and try moving your router closer the speaker. Reset Heston 120 and set it up again.
Check the internet connection
Check that your router is working properly and try moving your router closer the speaker. Make sure that there are no obstacles such as walls or doors, or interfering electronics devices nearby.
Factory reset
A factory reset will reset the soundbar to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Note: This will delete all settings, Playlists, Wi-Fi and Heston 120 will need to be set up again.
Remove Heston 120 from the app and Heston 120, and Heston 120 [LE] if present, from your sound device’s Bluetooth list.
Ensure that the soundbar is connected to mains power.
Push Source control for 10 seconds until all LEDs blink and the soundbar restarts.
Heston 120 has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be paired.
Use an ethernet cable
If you don’t have access to a Wi-Fi network, use a an ethernet cable and connect the LAN port on Heston 120 to your router or other internet access point. When using the LAN port, Wi-Fi is disabled and internet services are connected through ethernet.
