Factory reset

Short answer

Remove Heston 120 from the app and your sound device’s Bluetooth list. Ensure that the soundbar is connected to mains power. Push Source control for 10 seconds until all LEDs blink and the soundbar restarts.

A factory reset will reset the soundbar to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

Note: This will delete all settings, Playlists, Wi-Fi and Heston 120 will need to be set up again.

  1. Remove Heston 120 from the app and Heston 120, and Heston 120 [LE] if present, from your sound device’s Bluetooth list.

  2. Ensure that the soundbar is connected to mains power.

  3. Push Source control for 10 seconds until all LEDs blink and the soundbar restarts.

  4. Heston 120 has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be paired.
