The label exists to champion new artists, giving them the backing, opportunities, and platform they need to succeed. An artist-first approach. Marshall Records doesn’t chase trends. From the beginning, the label has focused on fair, artist-first partnerships that protect musicians’ rights and creative freedom. The grime-punk duo Nova Twins are a good example. Their deal with Marshall let them keep most of their revenue after costs were covered.
By 2022, the duo received a Mercury Prize nomination, showing the label’s commitment to supporting unique talent. Other artists on the roster, like The Molotovs and Gallus, demonstrate the label’s wide-reaching impact across genres.

A world-class studio in Milton Keynes, fitted with state-of-the-art Marshall gear and a live room large enough for a 250-person gig, gives artists a space to record and perform.
