Warranty and Repairs
All Marshall products are covered by a 1-year warranty from the date you bought them. For an exclusive 2-year warranty on headphones and speakers, buy online at marshall.com. You can read more about what is covered in our warranty policy.
To start a warranty claim, please provide the following:
- Photos and a brief description of the issue you're experiencing 
- A clear picture of the serial number 
- Your order number if purchased from marshall.com or marshallheadphones.com. 
- If you bought your product from any of the authorised retailers listed on our website, include proof of purchase that shows the retailer’s name and address, purchase date, and Marshall product. 
- If you bought your product from an unlisted reseller, please contact them directly for assistance with your claim.
