Your order usually ships from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after order. So, if you selected 2-day shipping, your order should arrive within 3 business days, provided the item is available.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to follow your order on the shipping company's website.

Check your junk mail folder if you haven’t received a confirmation in your inbox. The email is sent from no-reply@emails.marshall.com.

We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means that you cannot change your order once it has been placed. However, you can cancel within the first hour of ordering. Just log into your account or get in touch with us to cancel.

If your order is shipped by DHL Express or FedEx, you can change the delivery address while your order is in transit:

Contact the shipping company, they can give you the details about where or who they delivered the package to. Make sure to have your tracking number ready when you contact them.
