Troubleshooting : Bluetooth connection drops out

Short answer

This article provides solutions for when your Emberton speaker experiences Bluetooth connection dropouts.

Try the following troubleshooting steps 

  • Push and hold the control knob for 2 seconds to turn on the speaker before setting it in pairing mode. You should be able to hear the Marshall customized startup sound. 

  • Push the Bluetooth button until the LED turns to slow red pulse. You should also be able to hear the Marshall customized Bluetooth pairing sound. 

  • Activate Bluetooth on your audio device list and select Emberton from your audio device's Bluetooth list. 

If the issue persists, perform a factory reset. This will return the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
