Your order usually ships from our warehouse within 1-2 business days after order. So, if you selected 2-day shipping, your order should arrive within 3 business days, provided the item is available.

When your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number. Use this number to follow your order on the shipping company's website.

We work hard to process and ship your order as fast as possible. Unfortunately, that means you cannot make any changes to your order once it's been placed.

Contact the shipping company, they can give you the details about where or who they delivered the package to. Make sure to have your tracking number ready when you contact them.
