Troubleshooting : The speaker does not turn on
Short answer
Use the included USB-C cable to connect the speaker to a USB power source (5 V / 9 V, 3 A). The USB-C power input port is located on the back of the speaker.
Charge the speaker
Use the included USB-C cable to connect the speaker to a USB power source (5 V / 9 V, 3 A). The USB-C power input port is located on the back of the speaker.
Note: Always make sure that the speaker is completely dry before charging it.
Resetting the speaker
A factory reset will reset the speaker to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates. Note: This will delete all user settings and the speaker will need to be set up again.
- Remove Kilburn III, and Kilburn III [LE] if present, from your sound device’s Bluetooth list. 
- Pull the power switch towards the front to turn the on. 
- Push and hold both the M-button and the Bluetooth button until the Bluetooth indicator turns quickly red, and the speaker restarts. 
- The speaker has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be paired.
