Returns
EXTENDED RETURNS UNTIL 31st JANUARY
Take your time. We always have a 30-day returns policy, but we're extending it so you can return any gifts or orders until 31st January, free of charge. Just make sure items are in mint condition and in their original packaging.

Use prepaid return label
If your package was delivered with DHL Economy, you should find a prepaid return label in the shipping box. Here’s how to use it:
Pack the product in the original product box. The product, box and everything included in the box must be in mint condition.
Place the product box in a shipping box. If you use the old shipping box, remove all existing labels.
Place the label securely on the outside of the shipping box. Do not place the return label directly on the product box.
Deliver the return to your nearest DHL service point.
A refund will be initiated once the return has been collected and inspected by our warehouse.
No prepaid return label
If you used DHL Express, PostNL or UPS we will provide you with a prepaid return label after you have contacted us. Start your return with the Start a return button below.
