Common questions
When your order is ready to ship, an email will be sent to you with the shipment tracking number. The tracking details will be updated as soon as the shipment has started to move. This means that there may be a short delay between receiving the tracking number and seeing progress in the tracking details.

If you order with PostNL, your package will be handed over to a local shipping partner when it reaches your country. PostNL will inform you about the local shipping partner and how to track your order.
Yes. You can cancel your order for a limited time, usually within an hour of placing it. To cancel, contact us via chat or log in to your account.
Orders move fast to the warehouse. When that process has started, it's unfortunately too late to cancel it.
We strive to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Unfortunately, this means that you cannot change your order once it has been placed. However, you can cancel within the first hour of ordering. Just log into your account or get in touch with us to cancel.
If your order is shipped by DHL Express or UPS, you can change the delivery address while your order is in transit:
DHL Express When you receive the delivery notification from DHL (SMS or e-mail), click on the link contained in the message. It will take you to a DHL web page where DHL offers a delivery address modification service.
UPS Once you've received the delivery notification from UPS, visit change delivery address on the UPS website(opens in a new window). To change your delivery address, log in to UPS My Choice. Select your package and choose Delivery Options. Follow the instructions to reroute your package to another location.
The best way to be certain that you have an authentic Marshall product is to buy it directly from us, or another authorised retailer.
In 2026, we’re introducing an authentication system with QR codes. These labels aren’t available on all our products yet, just the newer generations. So, if your product doesn’t have a code, don’t panic. If your product packaging includes a QR code, you can scan it with your smartphone to access product information and, if you want to, register your product.
