For the most accurate fit, it's recommended to consult the size guide provided on the product page of the item you're interested in.  

All our Standard issue clothes are made from 100% organic cotton.  

The rib knits are made of 95% Cotton, 5% Elastane. 

We suggest you to follow the care symbols that appear on the garment label and can be found on each product page. The recommended temperature should not be exceeded, although It is fine to wash your items at a lower temperature than the one stated.  

We do not recommend to tumble dry our clothes as it may cause cause shrinkage, color fading, or loss of shape. Tumble drying will also wear out the clothes faster.   

Due to the natural properties of cotton, some shrinkage is expected to happen. On average, you can expect cotton to shrink by 3-8%. The extent to which cotton shrinks varies from one item to another and is influenced by washing temperature and drying method. Hot water can cause cotton fibers to contract more, leading to more significant shrinkage. The heat from tumble dryers can further cause cotton to shrink, to avoid this, air-drying cotton items is a safer option.  

Yes, we use high quality natural and organic cotton in our clothes which is considered good for sensitive skin. Cotton is a natural fiber and is generally less likely to cause allergic reactions than some synthetic fabrics.
