Once we receive your return, we will assess the product and process a refund back to the original payment method. You will receive email confirmation as soon as the refund is completed. Normally, the process takes up to 7 days.

When your product reaches the end of its life, it is important to properly dispose of the product. If you want to do this by yourself it is important to keep in mind that electrical products, cables, batteries, packaging, and the manual, should not be mixed with general household waste.

For proper recycling, please take these products to a designated collection point where they will be accepted free of charge or return them to your local retailer. Correct product disposal saves resources and prevents negative effects on human health and the environment.

To prevent possible harm to the environment or human health from uncontrolled waste disposal, dispose of defective rechargeable batteries only at designated collection points, or return them to your specialist dealer.
