Troubleshooting : Can't turn on or off

Short answer

Connect your headphones to a power source. With the headphones plugged in, press and hold the control knob for at least 20 seconds.

  1. Connect your headphones to a power source.

  2. With the headphones plugged in, press and hold the control knob for at least 20 seconds.

  3. If the issue persists, try again. It may take a few attempts for the headphones to reboot.

  4. Once the headphones have returned to a functional state, charge them for at least 15 minutes before use.
