The best way to be certain that you have an authentic Marshall product is to buy it directly from us, or another authorised retailer.

In 2026, we’re introducing an authentication system with QR codes. These labels aren’t available on all our products yet, just the newer generations. So, if your product doesn’t have a code, don’t panic. If your product packaging includes a QR code, you can scan it with your smartphone to access product information and, if you want to, register your product.

If you suspect you have purchased a counterfeit, we recommend you return the product and buy a new one from us, or one of our authorised retailers(opens in a new window).

Start by checking the troubleshooting guides for your product. A factory reset or firmware update often does the trick. If the troubleshooting guides were not helpful, please contact our support team.

Yes, we provide repair services. If you have a valid warranty claim, we offer two options for your repair:
