Make Sure It’s Marshall

The best way to be certain that you have an authentic Marshall product is to buy it directly from us, or another authorised retailer.

In 2026, we’re introducing an authentication system with QR codes. These labels aren’t available on all our products yet, just the newer generations. So, if your product doesn’t have a code, don’t panic.

If you suspect you have purchased a counterfeit, we recommend you return the product and buy a new one from us, or one of our authorised retailers.

If you do have a QR code, we’ll walk you through how it works.

Get started

Find the QR code on your box and scan it with the camera on your smartphone. You’ll be taken through to our verification website(opens in a new window). Look at the QR code’s number, it should match the one showing up on your device. If it does, you’re verified.

If the QR code is not confirmed after scanning, please fill in the form and provide as much information about your item, and where you have purchased it as possible. From there our support team will take a look.
