EXTENDED RETURNS TO 31ST JANUARY

No stress. We always have a 30 day return policy, but we are now extending it so that you can return any presents or orders until the 31st of January, free of charge. The product must be in mint condition and packaged in their original box.

Use prepaid return label

If your package was delivered with DHL Economy, you should find a prepaid return label in the shipping box. Here’s how to use it:

  1. Pack the product in the original product box. The product, box and everything included in the box must be in mint condition.

  2. Place the product box in a shipping box. If you use the old shipping box, remove all existing labels.

  3. Place the label securely on the outside of the shipping box. Do not place the return label directly on the product box.

  4. Deliver the return to your nearest DHL service point.

  5. A refund will be initiated once the return has been collected and inspected by our warehouse.

No prepaid return label
