Troubleshooting: Sound issues

There is no audio or audio is too low

• Check that the correct input source is selected.

• Check the volume on the speaker and the audio device.

The audio is distorted

• Turn down the volume on the audio device.

My speaker is not using LDAC/Hi-res audio wireless playback

• Make sure that your audio device supports LDAC and Hi-res audio wireless.
