Troubleshooting: The preset buttons don’t work
Short answer
Check that you have a working Wi-Fi and internet connection. Setup a preset in the Marshall app or simply push a preset button for 2 seconds while playing anything on Spotify connect or internet radio.
Check internet connection
The presets require internet to play. Check that you have a working Wi-Fi and internet connection.
Save presets
The preset buttons are unconfigured out of the box.
Setup a preset in the Marshall app or simply push a preset button for 2 seconds while playing anything on Spotify connect or internet radio through Airable to save it to the preset.
