Delivery and tracking

Order confirmation
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation from order@store.marshall.com.
Shipping notification
When your order is ready to ship, you will receive an email with a shipping tracking number and link.
Your RFC/Tax ID will be required by the carrier for delivery to Mexico. Missing this may cause customs delays. On the carrier website, you will be requested to add your RFC/Tax ID number.
The tracking details are updated as soon as the shipment is on the move. There may be a short delay between receiving the tracking number and seeing tracking progress.
