Troubleshooting : There is no sound

Short answer

Make sure your headphones are on and volume is up. Check that your USB-C cable supports data transfer and your audio device supports USB-C audio. If the issue persists, reset the headphones.

No sound when playing from an analogue audio device

  • Make sure your headphones are turned on.

  • Check the volume on your audio device.

  • If the issue persists, try resetting the headphones.

No sound when playing from a USB-C audio device

  • Make sure your headphones are turned on.

  • Check the volume on your audio device.

  • Check that the USB-C cable supports data transfer.

  • Check that the audio device supports USB-C audio.

  • If the issue persists, try resetting the headphones.

RESETTING THE HEADPHONES

A factory reset will return the headphones to their original settings, excluding any firmware updates.

Note: This will delete all user settings, and the headphones will need to be set up again.

  1. Remove MILTON A.N.C., and MILTON A.N.C. [LE] if present, from your audio device’s Bluetooth list.

  2. Make sure your headphones are turned on.

  3. Push and hold both the M-button and the control jog for 5 seconds and release when the LED indicator turns purple.

  4. The headphones have returned to their factory settings and are ready to be paired.
