Standby mode

Short answer

Heston 60 will go into network standby when it is left unused. Wake it up by turning on your TV, using the Marshall app with the soundbar, or using any button or knob.

Heston 60 will go into network standby or low power mode when left unused after the idle timeout has passed. For information about EU compliance, see the Declaration of Conformity.

Wake up Heston 60

Wake up the soundbar by turning on your TV, using the Marshall app with the soundbar, or using any button or knob.

Enable or disable low power mode

Pushing the Preset 1 button for 30 seconds will enable or disable the low power mode. Enabling low power mode will disable Wi-Fi and Bluetooth and therefore disabling all features and services depending on those technologies.

Network standby

Power consumption: < 2.0 W

Idle timeout*: ≤ 20 minutes

Low power mode

Power consumption: < 0.5 W (Wi-Fi and Bluetooth disabled)

Idle timeout*: ≤ 20 minutes

*The idle timeout can be configured in the Marshall app.
