Troubleshooting : Audio is stuttering or out of sync
Short answer
Make sure that your internet connection and router are working properly. Check for new firmware, or try restarting or resetting Heddon.

Check that your internet connection and router is working properly.
Move Heddon
Make sure that there are no obstacles such as walls or doors, or interfering electronics devices nearby.
Update the firmware
Download the Marshall app. Follow the in-app instructions to make sure Heddon has the latest firmware version.
Restart Heddon
Unplug both Heddon and your speakers, wait for a full 15 seconds, then plug them back in.
Reset Heddon
A factory reset will reset Heddon to its original settings, excluding any firmware updates.
Remove Heddon from the Marshall app and any paired device's Bluetooth list.
Ensure that the streaming hub is on.
Push and hold the Control button for 10 seconds. The LED blinks and the streaming hub restarts.
Heddon has returned to its factory settings and is ready to be set up again.
